Cleared / Online Allergy Clinic
As a start-up medtec company, Cleared wanted to assert both the superiority of their technology and the legitimacy of their service.
Working as Cleared’s in-house copywriter, I developed a copy strategy that was approachable, informative and lighthearted, stressing the brand’s customer focused approach.
The success of this strategy in part lead to Cleared being acquired by LifeMD, one of America’s largest healthcare service providers.
For direct, personal customer communications, I developed copy that was more familiar and humorous in tone, to add some light relief to the very serious business of allergy suffering.
“The Daily Dose” was a blog I developed and executed as a way of asserting Cleared’s expert knowledge and credentials in the field of allergies and allergy relief.
